Terms & Conditions – Mask Prints AB

Welcome to Mask Prints AB! By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Our stickers are custom-made based on your selections and uploads via our customization tool.

The design shown is a digital mockup – size and positioning may vary slightly in the final product.
Before the order is finalized, you’ll receive a proof showing the actual placement (e.g., of logos). You are responsible for reviewing and approving this before production starts.
Colors may vary slightly between screen and print due to differences in color rendering.
You are responsible for making sure the helmet or mask surface is suitable for adhesive materials, and that application does not interfere with safety features, surface properties, or manufacturer warranties.
Some coatings or materials may affect adhesion or become damaged when applying or removing stickers.
Mask Prints AB is not liable for any damage to helmets, masks, or equipment caused by the application or removal of stickers.

You are fully responsible for any content you upload (logos, images, text, etc.).
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use it (e.g., for a hockey team or trademark).
Mask Prints AB disclaims any liability for copyright or trademark infringements.

Since our products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal and general returns do not apply under distance selling laws.

However:

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or doesn’t match your order, we will of course send a replacement.
Contact us at info@maskprints.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number.

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. The amount is charged at the time of order.

All products are made to order. Standard production time is around 2 weeks. Shipping time depends on the chosen delivery method and destination.

We ship within Sweden and internationally.

Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location and shipping option.
Customs fees, import taxes or other local charges are paid by the customer and are not included in the product price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or other events outside our control (force majeure).

We handle your personal data according to GDPR.

Your information is used only to process your order, communicate with you, and arrange delivery.
We don’t share your data with third parties, except where required for payment (Stripe) or shipping.
You always have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy for more.

All purchases are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be settled in Swedish court.
